My name is Sherry Pilon and I am the proud owner of Impressions Salon. I am a Journeyman Cosmetologist and Senior Stylist with over 23 years experience.

My career began in Waskesiu where I specialized in wedding services, cutting, coloring and esthetic treatments. I moved on to Saskatoon, spending many years training to become a Color Correction Artist and perfecting my craft through ongoing education and working with highly qualified and competitive teams.

My daughter was born in 2005 and this not only changed my life but also my professional motivations. So I started working out of my home in Saskatoon while also running a home-based daycare. I enjoyed being self-employed and as my daughter was growing, so was my yearning to own my own brick-and-mortar business. So in January 2008, I opened the doors to Impressions Salon.

Over the past 14 years of owning Impressions Salon, I have worked under and learned from some of the greatest icons in the hair industry, including John Paul DeJoria, owner of Paul Mitchell, Robert Cromeans, Angus Mitchell, Takashi Kitamura, and Stephanie Kocieiski.

My work has been shared across many social media pages and platforms including Joico International, Joico Canada, Salon Centre Canada and Unite Haircare.

I’m proud of the journey that got me this far and I’m looking forward to what the future holds!
